The option of sharing allows making available all your information in a safe manner to anyone (it is not necessary to be a subscriber).

» Sharing your data

You can share your tasks, appointments, contacts and information with anyone having a valid e-mail address. It is not necessary to be a subscriber.

» Set your security level

You can individually specify access permission level as well as the options: visualization only, editing or total control.

» Integration with NEOTRIAD Users

If someone shares his data with you, you will automatically be able to visualize all the data for which there is permission for.

Simply click in the option Sharing and select the person’s name.
