Team work, collaboration, increase in productivity and data sharing are native to the new NEOTRIAD concept. You can create work teams with your own team, your suppliers or partners. All members share a single environment with different functionalities.
You can create as many teams as you wish in the system and invite different members..
» My Team Day
All that the team is focused on in the present day. A series of reports and filter are shown, allowing the manager to identify the productivity gaps and prioritize the tasks.

In the same way that personal resources are, all the functions are available for each team you create. In one task, it is possible to designate a responsible member and follow him through the system or the execution of the tasks through e-mails notices.
» E-mail Notifications
All the activities conducted involving team members are automatically notified to the member or the team manager. It is a flow of information in regards to all that needs to be done.
» Members & Editors
You can invite anyone to become a member of your team. The only requirement is that this person be a NEOTRIAD subscriber, either paid or free. Upon inviting a member, you can define if he will be a team Editor, which means that he will have permission to alter any item. Members can only change their own items.
» Productivity Graphs
You can follow the team’s productivity through Tríade do Tempo graphs or through the execution graphs, which show the percentage of complete, delayed or on-going activities. |
